A new payment portal is now available. You can view, search and pay your invoices in a secure online space.
Please take the time to review our frequently asked questions to get you started using the portal.
This new portal will enable you to:
Invoices will no longer be mailed. Instead, you will receive an email with a link to pay your invoice directly or to access the payment portal.
The new billing changes will be effective on January 24th, 2023.
Invoices generally take 24 hours to be generated. You will receive an email when your invoice is accessible in the portal. Invoices for shippable products will post to the portal after the product ships.
Invoices can be accessed by logging into the new payment portal. As an alternative option you may click on the “Pay On-Demand” link in the email to pay directly.
After placing your first order, you will receive an email to activate your account with ASTM. After you are set up, you will receive an email providing you a link to the portal where you can access your invoice(s).
To log into the portal, you will need to complete a one-time registration form. Once registered, you will be able to log in.
Once an invoice is available for you to pay, you will receive an email with a link to the payment portal.
You can pay online by logging into the portal or by using the direct payment link in the email you’ll receive when an invoice is ready for payment.
Online payment is not mandatory but is encouraged.
You can pay via credit card and EFT.
Note: Payment must be made via US credit card or bank.
The email will be sent to the person(s) designated as the “billing contact” but you may also forward it to whomever you need. If you need to update the billing contact, please contact Inside Sales and Support at https://go.astm.org/service.

Yes. The portal will include redesigned invoices to provide a fresh new look and feel that will be more intuitive.
You can request a print bill along with your electronic invoice, though we recommend you go paperless.
The portal allows you to view and print any invoices.
A new or current bill will be stored for viewing up to 24 months.
You’ll still be able to log into the portal to view, download, and pay your invoices if you receive a paper bill.
